General Provisions
jya7 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment and gaming service provider. These Terms apply to the jya7 website, mobile applications, and all related services.
These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a language dispute, the English version shall be considered final. The Bengali version is published for the convenience of users in Bangladesh.
jya7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to read the latest Terms on their own initiative. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Age Verification
jya7 services are only available to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. For users aged 21 and above only.
- You must be a legally competent individual with the capacity to enter into contracts on your own behalf.
- Participation in online gaming must be lawful under the laws of your country or region.
- You must not have been previously banned or had an account closed by jya7.
During the registration process, jya7 may request documents for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account not being activated or being placed on hold. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of deposited funds.
Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one jya7 account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms. If your personal details change, you must update your account immediately.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing third parties access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
Deposits on jya7 are currently accepted via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Account Verification
Before processing withdrawals, jya7 reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method. Failure to provide the required documents may delay the processing of your withdrawal request.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; a deposit of ৳22,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times must be met. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 before the winnings from that bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers cannot be claimed more than once.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they may only be used for gaming.
- Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the bonus offer expires.
- jya7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- Violating bonus terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Gaming Policy
All games on jya7 are conducted fairly and transparently. The platform is secure and uses SSL encryption technology to protect user data.
6.1 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, jya7 reserves the right to cancel that game and refund the deposit.
6.2 Acceptance of Results
The result displayed at the end of a game session shall be considered final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, jya7 reserves the right to apply the correct result.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Using fraud, deception, or any dishonest methods.
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Making strategic deposits and withdrawals to meet bonus requirements ("bonus hunting").
- Using third-party payment methods or accounts.
- Attempting to defraud the platform through the same individual or multiple coordinated accounts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gaining unauthorized access to the system.
Privacy & Data Protection

By using jya7 services, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of service delivery, verification, and compliance with applicable laws. We never sell your data to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
jya7 bears no responsibility in the following circumstances:
- Loss of a game or termination of a session due to your internet connection being interrupted.
- Damage caused by third-party software or hardware.
- Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have shared your login details with a third party.
- Service disruptions due to technical failures, server downtime, or maintenance.
- Legal complications related to online gaming in your country or region.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, jya7's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.
Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Suspension by jya7
jya7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Withdrawal processing may be affected during the suspension period.
10.2 Closure by User
You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Visit the Responsible Gaming page to learn about the self-exclusion option.
10.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account that has been inactive for 12 months or more holds a balance, jya7 may apply a maintenance fee to that balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed automatically.

Changes to Terms

Revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after publication will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, please stop using the platform and request account closure.
